Can I use "visual C++ 6.0" and "Visual Studio .net 2003" on Amd64 with 32bit-WinXP?

It's really important thing. But I couldn't find any answer for this.

Thanks.

32bit-WinXP?

32-bit Windows XP - yes to both.
Whatever hardware that happens to be running on - who cares?

That said, you /will/ have difficulty using both in parallel; the latter
version takes over all the file associations that the former used so
you won't be able to open a VC6 project or workspace just by
double-clicking on it; you'll wind up with "old" code in the "new"
IDE!
