What I'm wanting to do is update my system so that it allows CSS2
styles.

Having spent a little time looking I think I may have found the file.
It's called 'cssmetadata.xml', and can be found in 'C:\Program
Files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003\Common7\Packages\1033'.

If this indeed the correct file is there already a version available
that supports CSS2 or CSS2.1?

Not sure what file I could update to support XHTML. Any thoughts?
