Author Is there a way to update the DTD Visual Studio uses when processing and validating HT

Hi there,

I've become aware that there are things available in standard html and
css files, such as 'SCROLLBAR-BASE-COLOR' that Visual Studio doesn't
accept as values, yet IE processes correctly.

I'm assuming Visual Studio follows some kind of grammer, or DTD, where
where is it? Is there any means by which Visual Studio can be
updated?
