VS.NET: Add-ins not working

Hello;

I have installed a couple of add-ins for VS.NET (namely ReSharper, WSE 2.0,
and Visual Studio Tools for Office).

If I run VS.NET from the Start Menu, the add-ins are not available, however
if I open an existing solution, they are there.

Any ideas as to what would cause this? I would obviously like to have all
the add-ins available when I start a project fresh, as opposed to creating
the project, closing it, then reopening...
