VS 2003 Question

Hello everyone,

Not sure if I have the right group here, but I have a question. I have
just reinstalled my machine (W2K3) and installed VS2003 and not it won't
run when I have the MDM (Machine Debug Manager) running. If I stop the
service it start very quickly, but with it on it takes anywhere up to
15-20 minutes to load.

The problem is with MDM off I cannot debug anything, thus making it very
difficult to develop.

I am hoping someone has an idea as I have search google with no luck.
