Problem with program from Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 Programmer's Guide

In Listing 4-1, I am having several errors which are greatly confusing to
me. I could post the whole thing plus errors here, but I'd rather do one of
the following:
(1) Have somebody who has the proper working code email it to me or send me
a link to it
(2) Send them a copy of the folder (zipped if you prefer) through email
Your help would be greatly appreciated... thank you!
