Is it possible to start the 'ASP.Net Developer Server' manually or
programmatically?

If I have ASPX pages in a WinForm project, would it be possible to view
them using the developer server? The idea is to use the server for a
project dedicated (documentation) wiki, whereby the pages are stored in
the project itself.
