Suggestion: Dockable Tabs On Top and Scrollable Switching.

Is there any way to make the tabs for docked windows to be on top
instead of the bottom? Or some on top and some at the bottom? If I have
a windows docked on the whole right side, the tabs end up being on the
bottom right of the screen. That's a lot of mouse travel when other
stuff (toolbars, menus, items of the treeview in the docked window) are
on top. I have to go up and down, up and down.

Is there a way to switch tabs with the scroll wheel? I wouldn't mind
hovering over the titlebar of a docked window and use the scroll wheel
to switch tabs. Actually, I wouldn't mind being able to scroll through
regular main window tabs or even the Windows taskbar somehow instead of
using Alt+Tab. Maybe if there was an area or a modifier key where you
can use the scroll wheel. Like Windows Key + Scroll, and the
application would switch when the Windows Key goes up.

Or I could just add toolbar buttons for the tabs.
