Hello

I'm just wondering, if there is a way for upgradeing VS2003 Ent. Arch.
Version to Visual Studio 2005 Team Edition for Software Developers. Those
VS2003 are bought Updates trough a Microsoft Update offer a few years ago,
for all Open Licences we had. So we didn't have any Openlicence for VS200x.

Now we want to upgrade to VS2005 Team Edition SD, but we did not find any
upgrade possibilites? Is it really that way, that we have to buy full
licences again for each developer??
