Visual Studio - VS 2005 Keeps deleting all my code??????

VS 2005 Keeps deleting all my code??????

If i move from Design view and double click on a button (for example) it
takes for ever to move into code view, but when i get there all my code is
gone!!!!

Quite litraly every single line of code... all thats left are my region and
comment tags...

Any ideas whats going on here then ?

I in a VB.Net solution at the time and it only seems to remove all the code
for that form that i try to move from design to code view....
