Visual Studio - VB6 IDE crashes on exit

VB6 IDE crashes on exit

I have Visual Stuido 6 (SP6) installed on my Windows XP (SP1).
For some reason, after I exit the IDE (even without openning a project) the IDE crashes.

This is the error signature:
AppName: vb6.exe AppVer: 6.0.97.82 ModName: vb6.exe
ModVer: 6.0.97.82 Offset: 0003f08f

Any idea how to fix it or is it a bug?
