Author Toolbox is Empty!

HELP! Suddenly, I suppose because some inadvertant mouse click or
movement, my Toolbox is empty. It contains "General" and "Clipboard
Ring" and "Pointer" but nothing else. If I left-click on the icon in
the toolbar I get nothing. My research indicated that some toolbox
problems can be fixed by deleting toolbox.tbd but that did not help.
I also tried a Reset but that didn't help either.

Please, I hope that somebody can help me as this is a real
showstopper.

I am a real novice so maybe I have not done (what to most of you is)
the obvious.

Thanks, Bob

You might try running 'devenv.exe /setup' from a command prompt.
