Things are setup in classrooms and we use mandatory profiles so the students
dont change settings for the next class. The problem we are getting is when
they open VS .Net 2003 2 error messages come up before it completely opens
they are:
Package load failure
VsRptDesign Package has failed to load properly then it asks if in the
future you want to load it.
and
Package load failure
Crystal Reports tools Package has failed to load properly.

This only happens on machines that use mandatory profiles.

IIS is installed and running correctly, and I tried the fixes in microsoft
KB http://support.microsoft.com/defaul...kb;en-us;831487
http://support.microsoft.com/defaul...kb;en-us;823245

The first one disables the mandatory profile which we cant do and the second
one didnt help, even after un-installing and re-installing .Net 2003

The profile is located on one of our servers where users only have read
access.
