When running Visual Studio.NET EA on Windows Server 2003 Standard, opening a project (and usually when connecting to a data source or stored procedure) an empty window pops up on top of the second monitor. There's nothing in it, but it has a title bar tha
t when you click minimize or exit causes Visual Studio to minimize or exit, respectively. Is anyone else experiencing this, or do I have a configuration problem. Most importantly, is this a bug that should be reported?
