How to force a rebuild

I have an .xsd file in my project that I've made some changes to. How
do I get VS 2003 to rebuild the .cs file?
The xsd file has a later modified date than the cs file.
Rebuild all does NOT recreate the cs file.

Any help would be appreciated.
