Visual Studio - Backward Compatibility?

Backward Compatibility?

I tried to use VS.NET 2003 to open up a .dsp file that opens fine in VC++
6, but after choosing to convert it, I get this message:

"Cannot load the project due to a corrupt project file."

I don't really know how I can get around this. You can find this .dsp file
up at http://boinc.berkeley.edu/ap_source...lse-client-cvs-
2004-04-26.zip. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
