Visual Studio .net IDE BOOKS???

I cant find a single book about the IDE!?
Any1 know of such a book? I have been looking at
many books with "visual studio" in the title but
they are not about the IDE, instead the deal with
programming languages, or stuff like building plugins
for the IDE. All I need is the learn to USE the IDE.
How to use the codeeditor, projects/solutions/distribution
, how to integrate sourcemanagement etc.
