'Copy Project' - always refreshes every file

The VS.NET 'Copy Project' command doesn't appear to offer any way of copying
only files that have changed. It appears to copy every file, every time.

I am using Frontpage access, and copying 'All project files' (against all
advise, as I am using 2 PCs at different locations to edit the site, and
it's useful to store project and source files on the server.)

Even my trusty old FTP program doesn't copy a file when the size hasn't
changed. (crude, but effective)

Am I missing something?
