Q : Help Refuses To Appear Under VS.Net 2003

I have a problem, I bring up Help->Index inside the IDE and it gives me the
'Help Update In Progress' dialog. So I wait and wait and wait... then BAM..
I get a 'Server Execution Failed' message box.

The last thing which I done and I know could have affected it would be
installing the October 2004 MSDN Library. I can still access the library via
the direct link, but trying to get in through the IDE gets me the above
error. Is there anything I can do about this?
