Installing Visual Studio.Net prevents install of .NET Server Admin

Since I installed the following:

Visual Studio.Net
Visual Studio Tools for the Microsoft Office
Office 2003
SQL Server 2000

I cannot install Windows .NET Server Administration Tools Pack on my PC. The
error displays "This can only be installed on Windows XP Professional. Please
obtain the proper OS and service pack before running the wizard."

I already have Windows XP Professional SP2.
