Author VS6 in WinXP as a standard user

We are finding that several components and options in VS 6 in a MS WinXP Pro
environment for a standard user will not allow toolbars and other macro
based options to properly load in a VS Basic project. Is there some
modification to file or registry permissions to allow a standard user in
WinXP Pro to be able to fully use the VS 6 environment.

Thanks,
