How can I play .mp3 files with visual studio?

Hello,
maybe my question is to simple for you out there, but I am a complete newbie
to Visual Studio.
I have to write an application that lets the user search through a list of
mp3 files
and then play one or more files. I need a "Pause" and "Stop" functionality
and so
on.

Unfortunately I was not succesful in finding the appropriate command or
component yet.

Please help me, if you have a solution for me.
