| From the MSDN Subscription Management page: Support | Choose your Region
under Your Account | Choose your Country | Perform your Login | Click on
"Additional Items" | Click on "MSDN Binder (60 CD/DVD capacity)" and then
submit.
This is free of charge. It is also possible that you will be able to order
a second one later. Another possibility would be to make a call or to send
an email.
