Netgear WG311T Wireless Connect problem in Vista build 5384.

Can anyone help me with this problem:
I have a wireless netgear network and I use a netgear WG311T and WGR 624
Router to connect to the internet.
It works fine in Windows XP but in WIndows Vista I have to connect to the
router
manually by right clicking on the WG311T icon and click prompt Connect To and
select connect to WGR 624 in order to connect to the internet.

It gets the refresh of the IP address from the router but I want to have
this done
automatically.

Sometimes it would send a message "Limitted Access" the a few secons full
signal strength.

Any suggestions?
