Author Concurrent transfers with FTM not working

I am not able to use concurrent download feature. The FTM version is 5.0
build 0027.
I have the option for concurrent transfers set to 4. No speed limit set.
All other options as default.

I only get one file active. All rest are queued.
Is there something else I need to do?

The Concurrent Transfers feature in FTM is not for concurrent files. It is
for concurrent segments of the active file. Also, Concurrent Transfers is
ignored for most files if Download Acceleration is enabled (which is the
default).

This is explained at http://transfers.ds.microsoft.com/ftm/
