Reposting of older products on MSDN downloads?

Hi,

I have my account configured to show only the newest products in the last 2
w

s. Over the last few w

s there have been a few products that listed as
new that are surpising. For example, Windows XP Professional with Service
Pack 2 (English) is listed with a posting date of 5/31/2006 5:35:48 PM.

Are these reposted products the same as before? If so, why are they showing
up again as new listings?
