Author MAPS renewal not working???

This is the closest related group that I can find on Microsofts new
server...

Am I the only person having problems renewing their MAPS subscription? I
click the link that was sent in my renewal reminder from Microsoft
(https://partner.microsoft.com/ca/mapsrenewal) but I just end up getting a
"Page cannot be displayed" error.

If I surf to the Partners page and follow the renewal links, such as is
found in the menu on the lower right of this page
(https://partner.microsoft.com/), I am just taken to a page to manage my
personal information... I never get to a registration process.

I'm using IE on Windows XP Pro SP2...

Getting ripped off my Microsoft for $60 doesn't make me very happy, and this
isn't helping.
