Virtual Labs - "No Connection" Error
|
|
|
| I am trying to access any virtual lab and while I can log in and create the
lab sessions, I get a "No Connection" Message displayed in the browser.
I have:
* Verified our ISA Firewall is set to allow port 443 traffice back to the
workstations
* Verified that Windows Firewall is not blocking port 443
* made sure that I can accept cookies
* Installed the activeX control
* Passed the system requirements screen on
http://msdn.microsoft.com/virtuallabs/default.aspx
There is no direct support for virtual labs. Concierge chat could not
help. Who or what is the proper channel for diagnosing and solving problems
with Virtual Labs?
Thanks
