In some case we have to reinstall MSDn or OS. But how to preseve the
Favorite Topics of MSDN, So that we can import the Favorite Topics
after reinstall OS or MSDN

It depends on which version of MSDN Library you are talking about. The .NET
versions (January 2002 and later) store their Favorites in the same place as
IE Favorites. Any number of tools and techniques can preserve/transfer these
Favorites (such as Roaming User Profiles, GPO Folder Redirection, freeware
utilities, or simply copying the folder manually).
