Partner DVD Website doesn't work - April Fool?

I tried to order the DVD and failed because it told me my phone
was "not a valid length for the country" (see my posting of 3/29 with that
in the subject line.)

Today I tried and the Country field is disabled; i.e., it will not accept
the focus and you can't enter data. Of course when you click the "Order"
button you get an error complaining that you haven't entered the Country !!

So, is this whole Partner DVD thing some kind of April Fools joke or just a
test of how many ways to frustrate an MSDN subscriber?

I just retried (with a different machine) and it worked fine. Don't know if
it was the machine or the time however.
