Author MSDN Window won't display topics

Every once in a while the MSDN window will stop displaying topics when I
doubleclick on them. Let's say you type "CString" into the Search tab's
"Look For:" box. You hit "Search" and then the search results appear in that
little window along the bottom right. You pick the topic, double click and
the topic is SUPPOSED to appear in the main part of the window. Often
nothing will happen and the problem persists. Being used to Microsoft
software, I know every user must know at least 2 or 3 methods of performing
every task so that you might find one that will actually work. When this bug
strikes I usually just use the webbased MSDN and forget about the app version
until some point in the future where I had probably rebooted in the meantime.

I know this is Microsoft software and therefore the programming philosophy
is "Tee-hee-hee! Let's make sure the MSDN works but not all of the time.
Users love dealing with bugs. It's cute and gives software a fun personality
like an 18 month old child." But could you people find a way to make this
simple product work anyway? Some users get sick and tired of being a beta
tester on every single freaking application and dialog that appears on my
screen. It's getting old. I just want some of this stuff to work.

Thank you.

Check Java setting in IE Internet Options, select Low Safety
in Jave VM, in the Security Tab\Custom setting.
