Exchange 2003 MSDN media & purchased license key

Hi all.
I haven't received my media for Exchange 2003 Enterprise. I did receieve my
license key that we purchased (on my eOpen site now).

Would I have any problems installing from the MSDN CD and using my purchased
license key?

Brian -

Why not just downloadit from your volume licensing site? I know that for
our EA we can download any of our products from
https://licensing.microsoft.com.
