| Sometimes the browser statusbar changes to "Opening
https://msdn.one.microsoft.com/GlobalSearx.aspx..." but then it always ends
up with a webpage containing the text "Service Unavailable" in all the
frames.
Please fix this problem.

| Same here in switzerland. I can access the ManageSubscriptions.aspx page, but
when I click the Subscriber Downloads link, nothing happens (IE tries to load
a page, but it won't display).

Martin

| If you are still having issues, can I ask that you use the Contact Us link
on the MSDN Subscriber Downloads site to report the problem? We have server
operators standing by on this, so they should be able to quickly work with
you to identify the problem and get it resolved.

| It worked fine this morning (download speed ~500kbytes/s) so something has
happened. Let's hope it continues to work this good.
