SourceSafe license help ...

Can someone point me to a specific license resource for SourceSafe. I
currently have an Enterprise subscription. I use the version of SourceSafe
that came with the subscription. My specific questions is:
1) Am I allowed to install a second instance of this?

2) Am I allowed to have other developers access my Source Safe instance?
FYI: They are external so they must have their own licensed copies of
Studio.NET.
