Author Making bootable OS CD from MSDN DVD

I have MSDN OS subscription which contains DVDs with all OS versions/all
languages.

I need to install Win2000 + SP4 on a test machine for a couple of languages,
but don't know the mechanics to make a bootable CD from the DVDs I have.
Would prefer not to download ISO image for each language.

Thanks,

You should have DVD number 2492.2 (November 2004) which contains ISO images
for English versions of Win2000 Server and Professional as well as WinXP and
Windows Server 2003. If you have a CD burner, you could burn a copy from
that. Sorry, don't know the disk numbers for non-English ISOs.

However, I don't know the service pack level for those Win2000 images.
Service pack 4 is on disk 2427.1 in any case.
