| Is there a change in the policy for 2 days answers to newsgroup posts
for MSDN subscribers in the managed groups? I can not see such a thing
on the web site. But in the last 2 w s I have posted 3 questions in a
different managed groups and got no response.
And yes, I have nospam alias, and it is registered, and I have used it
in the past, and it was working.
I have post both from the web interface and using my newsgroup client,
and same result.

| According to the bottom of this page, 2 business days is it.
You have got no answers at all?
MSDN may not answer if someone has already answered.
Also do not count w ends or holidays.
Otherwise if you have verified your alias and are in fact posting to a MSDN
managed newsgroup, contact MSDN Support:

How do I verify the alias? I'm sure it worked in the past. I haven't
changed. I posted from the web interface, after logging in with
passport, and the alias was the same. But not a single answer.
Where is the full list of managed groups?
Thanks
Sunny

| As far as I know there is not a good list.
However see this link:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/newsgroups/managed/
On the left you can follow across to see what specific newsgroups are MSDN
Managed.
See "Getting Started" on the bottom of the above link.
It seems you now have to use the web-based newsreader to be guaranteed a
response.

It used to be two days, even when posting via OE. My last question was
posted 17/1/2005 and still no answer :(
(My email is registered and has been for at least a year.)

| Guys,
Not sure what is going on here but I have contacted the MSDN Product Support
team that is responsible for the managed newsgroups and have asked them to
investigate and either reply to me or back to this thread.
Thanks

Thanks for that. Something is not right, as I reposted my questions
again, using the web interface, and still nothing. Please, be so kind if
you got some response, to post it here.
Thanks

Hey Sunny,
After your reviewing your last post I noticed that your no-spam alias
"sunny@newsgroup.nospam" is not showing up as a MSDN subcriber.. I was able
to locate the posts that you made on the 4th and noticed that you still
have one issue outstanding, so I have escalated the issue and you should
recieve a response this evening.. In the meantime can you please register a
new no-spam alias before posting any additional questions to insure you
recieve a response with in 2 business days...
