makecab.exe and date problem

I use this command to generate a cabfile:

MakeCAB.exe C:\MyDll.dll c:\MyDll.cab

In works but in i open the cabfile with WinZip the Modified Date is always
the same: 29/03/2005 7:19 (in format dd/mm/yyyy hh:nn)

I use the cabfiles to update components/files in my aplications (dll, ocx,
exe, avi, etc). I compare version and/or datetimes to check if i have to
update the file. But when i unzip the file, it's always created with this
date so it's always updated.

Could you help me?
