Get handle to save button located on Word's save as dialog

Hi,

I am trying to get the handle to the "save" button located on Microsoft
Word's "save as" dialog. I have tried using EnumChildWindows using the handle
to the "SaveAs" dialog box, but it doesn't seem to be able to isolate the
button.

I have also tried using spy++, but it doesn't seem to be able to see it
either. Is it part of some other control? Regardless, how do I get the handle
to this button?
