Depends on the subscription level. Team SKUs come with it, other SKUs you
have to buy. As Team SKUs also include TFS Workgroup, for teams up to 5 dev
users and each product contains a CAL, I would probably not use SourceSafe
2005 with Team versions. Your mileage may vary.
