| Haven't seen one, but lots of helpful stuff on www.asp.net forums
http://forums.asp.net/175/ShowForum.aspx is the VDW Express forum.

| Is it possible to download that forum messages like a newsgroup in Outlook
Express? Or, must I read it on the website only?

forums.asp.net is running Community Server, which has an optional
NNTP server component. try pointing OE at forums.asp.net. If that
doesn't work, contact the site administrators of forums.asp.net to
see if they can / will enable the NNTP server portion of Community
Server.
Thanks,
Mark
