Hello!

Does it matter in which order Visual Studio 2005 Professional and SQL Server
2005 Developer Edition get installed?

Best regards,

Henrik Dahl

Hi Henrik,

I installed SQL first and then VS 2005 (Team Edition) and everything seems
to be working fine. When you install VS 2005, you will have to do a custom
installation and deselect the installation of SQL Express Edition; I am not
sure if the install program is smart enough to know you already have SQL
installed.

I also went through all the Read Me files and there was no mention of the
installation order.

Well, I've tried it both ways and found that installing VS 2005 FIRST
results in better integrated help.
