MSDN - Cannot install program

Cannot install program

*****Tried to install DVD Power Burner 2.7.1.13 (Downloaded 2 copies from
homepage) but when I go to install it I come up with this error:

INTERNAL ERROR 2725

then the next page

ERROR:1603 FATAL ERROR DURING INSTALL
CONSULT WINDOWS INSTALLER HELP (MSI.CHM)
OR MSDN FOR MORE INFO

I upgraded my MSI to v3.1 but this didn't help me. Even tried clean
install. MS Knowledge base didn't help me. Can someone please tell me
what these errors mean so that I can install the program
