Anyone got a URL for email support to get a hotfix? I always find the
Microsoft support options the most perplexing and confusing place on the
Microsoft website.

AFAIK, hotfixes are free but the route I can find in is via paid support. I
don't want to use up a valuable MSDN support call on a request for a hotfix.

Thanks, Rob.

I agree, they should be made available on MSDN.
