| I purchased the MSDN OS package, and it arrived last Wednesday. On the
same day I went online and activated the subscription, and got the
"Subscription Activation Successful" screen.
It has now been > 3 business days, and I have not gotten my Subscriber
ID. (it is Tuesday)
Oddly enough, I did get the physical shipment of the MSDN pack, DVDs,
carrying case etc yesterday.
What could be the holdup? I made sure to whitelist any email where the
address contains "microsoft" or "msdn", so its not an errant spam
filter issue.
Is this a known problem? I see several posts of problems with the
subscriber download area.
Is there a number I can call to get this Subscriber ID?
