I noticed that too.
I called Subscriber Customer Service yesterday on it and he had no idea what
I was talking about. He insisted the link to it was on the subscriber
downloads page.
I told him I couldn't see it anywhere.
He insisted it was there.
I got tired of going in a circle. And gave up.

Same here. I get this REALLY fun loop when trying to access subscriber
downloads

From subscriptions page:
1) click login - takes me to the manage your subscription page
2) click on subscriber downloads - takes me back to main subscriptions page

Continue this loop until your fingers are a bloody plup from clicking or
until you get bored and give up, your choice!

I need a product key to reinstall a server (Win2K3 Standard), but I guess
I'll just go have a drink or something since in thier awsome new site
redesign they decided access to subscriber downloads (and product keys)
wasn't really required.

Anyone want to share that key with me here? Perhaps if we post enough
product keys here, they'll decide its worth it to fix the insane problem!

After 4-5 hours and what must have literally been hundreds of clicks, it
finally let me in!!! That just goes to show those who say the definition of
insanity is doing the same thing over and over while expecting different
results ;-) After enough times, it finally let me through!!!
