Unattended install with HCT 12.1 - Error

I’m hoping someone can help me with an unattended install of HCT.

To install HCT I’m running from a DOS prompt:

D:\hct\setup.exe /s/v/qn

The software installs and the system reboots. The problem is the
installation is just a partial install. If you should try this method you
will notice that the folders are missing from the C:\HCT\testbin\ directory.

If I do an install with a mouse click and walk through the install, then all
the folders show up.

Anyone know a way around this?
