Well it’s obvious that Microsoft has little interests in the problems we are
having with the MSDN Libraries. So far I see only one individual from MS
(Darren Parker) answering questions , and he seems to have only one reply;
re-install VB6 and then RE-install MSDN library.
This reply is useless, as many of us have already tried that.
I guess MS is too involved in inserting useless code in our already bloated
OS.
While MS is the leading supplier of code to run our computers it seems they
take little interests in maintaining it.
OH how I do wish there was a viable alternative.

Logic Rules,

On the contrary, Microsoft actually spends a great deal of effort on
producing the Library and we are very concerned about any customer having
problems installing the Library.
I agree that often is very difficult to troubleshoot installation problems
via a newsgroup without having all the information about machine state,
other installed software, etc, but I do what I can to try to help.
In this instance, you don't specify here what your problem is so I can't
tell you much about your issue.
If you would like to post some more info I will take a look.
I am not sure if you know it, but if you are an MSDN Subscriber, you can
also contact PSS for troubleshooting MSDN installs. this is sometimes a
much more effective way to fix problems as they can have you create an setup
log that can be valuable in troubleshooting installation issues.
