MSDN Library not linked to VS .NET

Installing MSDN Library (Jan 2005) onto my system, I am unable to access it
nor did it link to my VS .NET environment. It installed without error, made
entry in the My Programs, however when I click on Microsoft Developer Network
| MSDN Library January 2005 shortcut, the help system comes up but pointed to
www.microsoft.com

The shortcut correctly points to "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft
Shared\Help\dexplore.exe" /helpcol ms-help://MS.MSDNQTR.2005JAN.1033 yet it
goes to the Microsoft Web site.

I am working on a Windows 2003 Server system.
