FTM Unexpected Error 12152

Lately when I download large files (DVD ISO's) from the MSDN subscriber
download site using the File Transfer Manager I get "An unexpected error
occurred - code = 12152" errors.

I have to resume transfers several times to get the files downloaded.

The retry counter does not automatically retry these failures, so every
failure requires human intervention.

Any ideas how to fix this?
