Author <afxdisp.h> missing from current installation of VC++ 6.0

My system is running Windows 98 and VC++ 6.0.

Building Rogue Wave/Stingray's Objective Toolkit libraries is
failing due to this dependency: "stdafx.h" -> <afxdao.h> -> <afxdisp.h>.

Apparently, only a subset of VC++ 6.0 was installed causing
<afxdisp.h> (and probably other MFC OLE stuff) to be missing.

From my MSDN Subscription, which expired near the end of 2001,
I was able to locate the yellow CD (Disc 0773.1) labeled:
"Visual Studio 6.0 Service Pack 5, Macro Assembler 6.11, Visual C++ 1.2"

Since my current installation of VC++ 6.0 was not installed from
the MSDN CDs, will installing from yellow Disc 0773.1 over
my current VC++ 6.0 installation work?
